As a 100% organic distillery, we source electricity from wind turbines and solar panels. Cooling water from distillation is reused to reduce environmental impact, with excess water repurposed for cleaning and leftover grist used as animal feed. This demonstrates our commitment to eco-friendly practices at every step.
