The paloma is a classic, and competes with the batanga to be the national drink of Mexico. By simply swapping tequila with dill aquavit, we change the profile completely. Soft anis from the dill blends with zesty bitter grapefruit. Yum.

  • Stirring spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Dill Anise Aquavit
  • 12-16 cl Grapefruit soda
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add Aquavit
  3. Top with grapefruit soda
  4. Add garnish and serve
  5. Stir briefly to mix
