HAZEL DORMOUSE SOUR

The dormouse is one of the first to go into hibernation. We think it’s because it drinks this. Upcycled lemons from our production shaken with hazelnut liqueur, pepper and coffee.

MR. BADGER

Badgers sleep the winter away too. They look very polite and sophisticated in black and white. Their cocktail is a sweet pastis inspired highball. A must for liquorice lovers.

WINTER CLUSTER

Bees cluster in their hives when it’s cold outside, and shake their bee butts to stay warm. Three shakes to the left and three to the right means “take equal parts RAW whisky and Sune’s mead from 2017, and serve it on ice.”

SQUIRREL!

The dormouse ate all the hazelnuts, and the squirrel must make do with chestnuts and fermented honey from abandoned bee hives. Powered by Bay Leaf Gin and a rosehip jam, it’s frothy and delightful.
