The Winter Wonderland is an old recipe from the Copenhagen Cocktailbar Ruby’s back catalogue. It was made by Sune and won the Danish Marie Brizard Nationals half a life ago. This version replaces the original peated scotch with an equal mix of our RAW whisky and Julesnaps. Less smoke, more body, all Copenhagen.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl dark chocolate liqueur
  • 2 cl RAW 5
  • 2 cl Long Pepper Aquavit
  • Whipped cream
  • Anise star for garnish
  1. Fill your measuring glass with ice
  2. Add 2 cl dark chocolate liqueur
  3. Add 2 cl RAW 5
  4. Add 2 cl Long Pepper Aquavit
  5. Stir gently to mix
  6. Strain into chilled stemmed glassware
  7. Lightly float whipped cream on top
  8. Garnish with anise star
