Bees cluster in their hives when it’s cold outside, and shake their bee butts to stay warm. Three shakes to the left and three to the right means “take equal parts RAW whisky and Sune’s mead from 2017, and serve it on ice.”

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Copenhagen Distillery RAW
  • 3 cl Medium dry mead*
  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add 3 cl of Medium dry mead
  3. Add 3 cl of Copenhagen Distillery RAW
  4. Stir carefully
  5. Add orange zest for garnish

*mix 3 kg honey with 9 litres of water. Add mead yeast and nutrition. Leave for 12 months. Transfer to fresh vessel, and leave for 12 months. Bottle and leave for 24 months.
