Fresh, savoury, sour – this one has it all! The classic Daiquiri took a trip to Thailand and came back dressed as a Tom Yum with spicy notes of Long Pepper, palm sugar, sriracha, and lemongrass. Fresh coriander and sesame oil gives it the final touch, but beware of the kick – it knows Muay Thai!

Ingredients
- 6 cl Long Pepper Aquavit
- 1,5 cl Lime
- 1,5 cl Mr. Urth's unpatented Thai Palm Sugar Syrup
- Coriander leaf
- Sesame oil
- Pour ingredients into shaker
- Fill shaker with ice and pour over
- Short and hard shake
- Strain into Chilled Coupette glass
- Garnish with Coriander Leaf and three drops of Sesame Oil
