Spread on waxed paper and bake at 200C until melted. Cool and break into shards. Badgers sleep the winter away too. They look very polite and sophisticated in black and white. Their cocktail is a sweet pastis inspired highball. A must for liquorice lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cl Simple syrup
  • 1 cl Dill Anise Aquavit
  • 3 cl Pastis*
  • 10 cl Soda
  • Black vanilla/citric acid glass**
  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add 1 cl of Simple syrup
  3. Add 1 cl of Dill Anise Aquavit
  4. Add 3 cl of Pastis
  5. Stir carefully
  6. Top up with soda
  7. Garnish with black vanilla/citric acid glass

*We make our own. You don’t have to, but if you want to, you should come to our distiller’s workshop and give it a go.

**Mix 100 g isomalt with 0,6 g Vanilla sugar, 6 g Citric acid, and a drop of black colour paste.
