The dormouse is one of the first to go into hibernation. We think it’s because it drinks this. Upcycled lemons from our production shaken with hazelnut liqueur, pepper and coffee.

  • Tall glass
  • Shaker

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Lemon cordial
  • 2 cl Hazelnut liqueur
  • 4 cl Longpepper Aquavit infused with coffee
  1. Put 3 cl of Lemon cordial into a tall glass
  2. Add 2 cl of Hazelnut liqueur
  3. Add 4 cl of Longpepper Aquavit infused with coffee
  4. Fill a shaker with ice
  5. Shake well and serve in a tumbler
  6. Garnish with coffee beans
