Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cl simple syrup
  • 1 cl PX sherry
  • 2 cl coffee liqueur
  • 3 cl Coffee Spirit
  • Nutmeg for garnish
  1. Break an egg into your glass
  2. Add 1 cl simple syrup
  3. Add 1 cl PX sherry
  4. Add 2 cl coffee liqueur
  5. Add 3 cl Coffee Spirit
  6. Dry-shake first, then shake very well with ice
  7. Strain into fitting glassware
  8. Grate nutmeg on top
