- 1 whole egg
- 1 cl simple syrup
- 1 cl PX sherry
- 2 cl coffee liqueur
- 3 cl Coffee Spirit
- Nutmeg for garnish
- Break an egg into your glass
- Add 1 cl simple syrup
- Add 1 cl PX sherry
- Add 2 cl coffee liqueur
- Add 3 cl Coffee Spirit
- Dry-shake first, then shake very well with ice
- Strain into fitting glassware
- Grate nutmeg on top
