Blackbirds sing a little less when the snow falls, but they stay here. They most likely keep warm on this toddy. Rowanberry snaps, black currants, acidity from wine and a touch of pine tar smoke.

Ingredients
- 1½ cl Rowan berry snaps
- 1½ cl Orange Gin
- 1 cl RAW Whisky
- ½ cl Terva pine tar liqueur
- 3 cl Red wine/Black currant reduction*
- Start with 1½ cl of Rowan berry snaps
- Add 1½ cl of Orange Gin
- Add 1 cl of RAW Whisky
- Add ½ cl of Terva pine tar liqueur
- Add 3 cl of Red wine/Black currant reduction
- Stir
- Top up with hot water
- Garnish with anise star
*Bring a bottle of wine and 250 g blackcurrants to a simmer, and puré with immersion blender. Add 250 g macaw pepper and allow to reduce to half. Run through a fine mesh and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
