RESURRECTION

With the reemergence of all the light and flora of spring, we revive and revitalize cocktails that just like the rest of us are thirsting for a new place in the sun. BEAUTY IN THE MORNING

Imagine, if you will, an old fashioned going on a date with an iced Irish Coffee. Imagine, now, they ask maple syrup to dance. This is the flavour when they wake in the morning. Coffee, RAW whisky, maple, bitters. Repeat.

What if Long Island Iced Tea was a martini? Instead of vulgar intoxication, we choose soft sophistication. Orange Gin, green rhubarb tea distillate, reduced organic cola, and a cherry on top.

FOUR CLOVER CLIB HOUSE

It started with a Clover Club Cocktail. It met our old hit “Friends at Last”. They built a treehouse and had a great summer. Raspberries, Dill Anise Aquavit, lavendar and grapefruit, shaken frothy with egg whites.

SHIT'S IN FIRE YO! 

The “Firetruck” or “Brandbil” had its day in Danish discos in the nineties, made from hunting bitter and red soda, with vodka as the emergency light. Here we reinvent it with a homemade red grape soda, chili liqueur and Bay Leaf Gin. Lit af.

COCO CLARIFIED ZOMBIE PUNCH

We had to make some rum to make rum casks for a future whisky. What to do with that? Mix it into a Zombie, make that as a punch, and clarify it with coconut cream. That’s resurrection for you, baby.
