Whisky tasting
Visit Copenhagen Distillery for a two-hour dive into our award-winning and distinctively Danish whiskies. You begin in the cocktail bar with a welcome drink prepared by our friendly bartenders. From there, we walk through the factory together and explore how we make our spirit from grain to cask. We finish with a tasting of the full whisky portfolio. When the session ends, you’re welcome to stay in the bar and enjoy more drinks at your own pace.

Gin Tasting
For our Gin and spirits tasting, we invite you on a journey through the history of distillation. From aquavit up to our modern gin. Apart from a taste experience, you will also gain an understanding of how innovation, craftsmanship and ingredients together can create unique complex flavours.

Smørrebrød and Aquavit
Experience aquavit, the “water of life,” as it’s meant to be; paired with traditional Danish open-faced sandwiches - smørrebrød - and draft beer from Anarkist or Nørrebro Bryghus. Our host will share the rich history of aquavit and its role in Danish culinary culture. A perfect blend of flavor and storytelling.

Taste the spirit of Copenhagen

Our bar is shaped by the spirits we make. Whisky, aquavit, gin, and a small number of experimental editions that appear for a limited time, sometimes never to return.

The drinks move between classics and new interpretations. Some are immediately familiar. Others take a different route and reveal themselves more slowly. The menu is not about showing range. It is about balance, restraint, and letting the spirit lead.

There is no right way to drink here. You can stay with what you know, or follow your curiosity. Take your time. The pace is yours, and we are close by if you want guidance.
