Mezcal at Copenhagen Distillery
We love agave spirits, and it is a great sadness in our hearts that agaves will not grow properly in our hemisphere, but luckily we have good friends in Mexico. 5 producers along with their importer Agave by Montiel are stopping by and bringing along some samples to taste.

Rosa and Gry started Agave by Montiel driven by a passion to share the true nature of agave spirits, the connection to generations of family heritage, intimate relationships with nature, and respect for culture and the environment. It is their sincere intention to support the families and communities that produce traditional agave spirits and educate European families while responsibly offering the highest quality spirits.
What to expect?
Our mutual friends, bartenders from Gedulgt and Force Majeure in Århus, will make cocktails on agave spirits. And should you get hungry, food critique darling Hija de Sanchez is bringing their taco truck. So there really is no excuse to spend that Friday on the couch.
The tasting pass with 5 mezcal samples can be purchased (as many as you need) in the bar for 125 DKK each, all mezcal cocktails are 110 DKK. The event is from 4-9pm, but the bar remains open as usual from 1-11pm.
