Ingredients
- 6 cl Whisky
- 3 cl Lemon Juice
- 1,5 cl Simple Syrup
- Dash of angostura Bitters
- Whole egg white (or less)
- Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
- Add ingredients to shaker
- Fill shaker with ice and pour over
- Shake with ice
- Strain for ice and discard it
- Dry shake and pour into glass
- Garnish with Maraschino Cherry
